RESERVATION: Reservations are made by phone. When making a reservation, the passenger’s Turkish Republic ID or passport information is required. Our operations team will inform you of the flight day and time.
TRANSFER: All transfers of the passenger are carried out by our company.
BEFORE THE FLIGHT:Before the flight time, our operations team will conduct a flight briefing for our passengers and give safety instructions. After the necessary paperwork is completed, our passengers will be prepared for the flight.
